About Julian

Julian Pencilliah displayed a savvy attitude for business acumen from a very early age. He was very intrigued by the concepts of probability amplitudes, the economic principle and global market sectors.

Julian was hugely influenced by his role models, Warren Buffet and Bill Gates. He also found himself engaged in the subjects of the wisdom of the ancient gurus and high seers. After a decade of living through life’s experiences he discovered that we are all our own greatest enemies.

A Student of your own history

To become a student of your own history is to raise your awareness to the power of your past. Within our lifespan, we have all been assets or liabilities to ourselves when subjected to various environments and circumstances. To page through the volumes of our own history is to gain an insight and foresight into the wisdom of knowing what’s required of us, hence allowing us the opportunity of reinventing ourselves. We all have inherent biases, weaknesses and strengths; a successful life is knowing how to mitigate the liability component of your psychology while packaging the asset value in a form that will yield significant gains. Becoming a student of your own history simply allows you to factor yourself into life in a fashion that’s more conducive to your success.

Strategy

Strategy is a sequence of ideas that’s meant to be mobilized in relation to the intention. It’s intellectual suicide to assume that you are independent of the strategy. How you behave in the strategy is more crucial than how your strategy behaves. All strategy should start by contextualizing and mitigating risk before we seek returns. The development of a successful strategy is dependent on a demonstration of investigative powers and processes of interpretation into the dynamics of given and related subjects. Architect the business of your life.

Decisions

A decision is an impulse of change. The criteria that form the framework of your decisions directly influences the extent of your change. It is a definition of dynamics of change, with the sole intention of mobilizing the interest. We need to evaluate the economics of the proposed information. It’s imperative for one to quantify the intelligence in the most definitive economics. Decisions are a starting point to ever evolving criteria, which simply means that if a decision in its life span fails to meet the economics of your criteria in all aspects of your life, then it’s time to execute the exit strategy. Always pay attention to the relativity of your current and projected position while being very realistic to the acquired intelligence.

The white heat of desire

Desire is a process of discovery, your capacity to maneuver and play with the rhythm of life. There is an obvious threshold to open the gateway to your achievements, and that hinges upon the structural framework of your desire. Super achievers expand their rapport and constantly flex their mental muscle with these techniques. Desire is what allows us to jump from one reality to another by transcending our thinking and feeling into miraculous achievements. To awaken our greater soul is to open the portal to possibility. We all have these innate powers and abilities.

Investing yourself

At any given time we are exhibiting qualities mentally, emotionally and spiritually. We tend to discount and become absent minded of these influences. We need to develop the acute awareness to engineer our lives within a broader spectrum. Ultimately we are investing ourselves into time and the return on investment becomes directly relative.

The genius creates himself

We don’t attract what we want; rather, we attract who we are. Our intentions are meant to be engineered within intellectual paradigms. We need to become the personification of the intention. However, when we consider that an intention has an internal environment, we realize that our goals should be consciousness goals as opposed to event goals. Life is meant to be a demonstration of acumen, human touch, intuitive processes, silence, synchronistic self-engagement, investigative powers, etc. Life, in its highest interpretation, is meant to be played as though it were a game. The only caution is this: if you think you are playing a game, then, the game is probably playing you. Reinvent yourself exponentially and awaken to the fact that your genius is employed through the fluid nature of your mentality and psychology.
