Julian issued a mandate to his professional team to identify where his contribution would be most impactful. After months of in-depth and extensive investigation, it became increasingly apparent that the youth was a sector that would be most conducive to investing their expertise.

This directive was strengthened by headlines such as, Global Youth Unemployment: a ticking time bomb, as appeared in The Guardian, which states, “Rising youth unemployment is one of the deepest economic and social problems facing economies the world over, increasingly considered an ‘international time bomb’ for both developed and developing nations alike.”

The International Labour Organization also highlights the problem facing the youth through a report issued by them. “The report ILO Global Employment Trends for Youth 2010 says that of some 620 million economically active youth aged 15 to 24 years, 81 million were unemployed at the end of 2009 — the highest number ever. This is 7.8 million more than the global number in 2007. The youth unemployment rate increased from 11.9 percent in 2007 to 13.0 percent in 2009.”

Julian Pencilliah and his professional team have employed public relations officers with the intention of educating underprivileged communities on certain key aspects that they may never get the opportunity to learn. This initiative affords the youth the opportunity to be more successful in their lives. The team focuses on educating pupils on the in subject material such as:

  •  Identifying of Key Performance Indicators to facilitate their progress
  • Gaining an insight into their future to mitigate their risk
  • Proactive Thinking vs. Reactive Thinking
  • Placing emphasis on processes and execution of goals
  • How to bring a sequence of ideas into strategies
  • How to overcome self-defeating mentalities

They also furnish the students with material that includes a free copy of The Jetstream of Success book.

This initiative and infrastructure has been created to impress upon 25,000 students per quarter. Julian is of the strong opinion that heads of schools, community leaders and non-profit organizations can transform the generation to follow.

Julian and his professional team are committed to ensuring that all students have the opportunity to receive and benefit from sophisticated thinking processes. Through this initiative Julian aims to dramatically increase the number of young people who obtain the mental flexibility and agility to overcome trying circumstances.
